Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer standard shipping with USPS within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location but USPS aims to deliver within 3-4 business days.

International Shipping
We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments to Canada may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We take lost or stolen packages seriously and investigate each case individually. We will work with you to find a resolution. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to the courier to see if they can provide more information on your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
